By accessing and using Jobblify, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Use of the Service

Jobblify provides AI-powered job application generation tools. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others. You are responsible for all content you submit through the service.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payments & Refunds

Paid plans are billed through Lemon Squeezy. Monthly Pro subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable after 14 days.

5. Limitation of Liability

Jobblify is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to employment outcomes, data loss, or service interruptions.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
